How the case study year works
- There are four case study windows a year: February, May, August and November. Each one lasts three days, Wednesday to Friday, and the levels go in turn: Operational first, then Management, then Strategic, a week apart.
- One pre-seen covers two windows: November and February share one, and so do May and August. If you sit in the first window and don't pass, the second window uses the same company. What to do on results day
- CIMA releases each pre-seen on the CGMA Study Hub several weeks before the first window. We don't reproduce it: our pre-seen pages give our own summary and practice set in the company.
- You book through your CGMA exam dashboard within CIMA's scheduling window for that sitting. Booking closes before the exams start, and an appointment can't be changed once entry has closed. Check the exact booking window on CIMA's timetable.
- Results come out on CIMA's published results day for each window, on your exam dashboard. What the pass mark of 80 means
